The massage headrest is compatible with all standard beds and with mattresses with a thickness of 14 – 34 cm. When ordering, please take into account that your mattress must be at least 7cm higher than the bed frame. Otherwise, the headrest could rest on the frame and may not be positioned well.

If you do not like our product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping costs within the EU are 10€ and to third countries (e.g. Switzerland) 35€.

We offer the interface of PayPal as a standard means of payment. This can also be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

All shipments are sent with DHL or Deutsche Post. The shipping time within Germany is usually 1-3 days. Within the EU the shipping time is 3-5 days and to Switzerland 5-7 days.

Your order will be processed in our online store system and forwarded to our warehouse. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be released and prepared for shipment. You will receive a mail with a link to the package tracking as soon as the shipment has been handed over to DHL.
